All,
I have created a new field called Technican Resolution Details and I am wanting to place this on the resolution page.
I am in the Update Default Request admin template page and I cant seem to drag the field into the resolution part.
Can this be done? I would like to see it on the part where the technician types in the resolution but only so that technicans can see it. I dont want requesters to see this bit.
