Created By field is incorrect
While submitting a ticket using the Desktop Central icon in the system tray, almost all of the tickets are stating they were created by one specific person. When I do into ServiceDesk and open the ticket, I look in the Request Details section, the created by field is always the same person even though they didn't create the ticket. I can create a ticket from my system and it exhibits the same issue (I'm the administrator of the system). I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work. I also looked for an ini file that might have the information statically set but couldn't find anything.
