Create User: Customising available fields/interface for Helpdesk Users
Hi All,
Is there any way to reduce the number of fields in the Create User interface for HelpDesk users? We only use a small subset and I would prefer the HelpDesk users only see what fields they need to use when creating a user, it would simplify their day to day work significantly and reduce errors.
The defualt view of all fields is powerful but too much for help desk users to work with,
