we have the requirement to generate and follow tickets from workflows.
For example:
In the onboarding process, it is sometimes necessary to purchase, inventory and set up hardware. We treat this as a process independent of the actual onboarding and should therefore be handled in a separate ticket that is triggered by the workflow. Completion of the generated ticket should trigger the further course of the workflow.
In addition it sometimes neccessary to inform other departments (with own servicedesk plus instance in same tennant) about the onboarding. Is it possible to generate tickets in other instances based on the workflow?
Is there any way to do this or do you have any other ideas/processes in production?
