Does anyone have python script to create child requests based on the answers in main request?

For example.

I have template main "New Hire" with one question "Is a new laptop required?". If  the answer will be "Yes" MESPD have to create new ticket with the same requester and the same description and same attachment(if exist) on the predefined template "New laptop".
