When you use ADManagerPlus for modifying NTFS-permission, it is possible to give a user for example modify rights for \\my.shares\shares\folder1\folder2\folder3

The problem now is that even when the user got the rights for folder3, he still needs list rights for all folders above to be able to just see the folder.

Is there any automation process or other possibility to automate this process.

Whats makes this problem even more complicated is that theoretically, not all folders above must have a inherited permission, but some of them could have one.

Did anyone found a solution for that?
