Question:

I am trying to buid an Onboarding template. The template will have auto tasks that will be assigned automatically to different groups to complete For example:

Task1- AD and Email Creation-This task should be assigned to System Admin group upon creation of Onboarding Service RFequest

Task 2-CSD Software Access- This task should be assigned to the CSD Group that handles this.

Will the Tasks Automatically be assigned to the groups when ticket is created?

Do I need to create form rules for this?

Can you provide an already build template that I can use to implement this?
