I think my question is simple so I'll keep it sort. We monitor our core switch with OpManager. This works great. If i go to an interface I'll see the load and bytes transferred etc. I see the errors and discarded packets as well. When a switch discards packets, I would like to receive an e-mail. However, I cannot find the right notification profile for this particular error. I've tried to setup a threshold which keep an eye on the discarded packets but I am unable to find the right monitor...

What is the best solution the achieve my goal? (get a notification when a switch discards packets)
