We are trying to create a temporary test version of ServiceDesk Plus nuild 11308 and have followed the steps on your website at https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-build-a-test-environment-for-servicedesk-plus

We are licensed for ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise but when we first turn on the test version, we recieve the following message

Starting Server from location: C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk

ERROR CODE : 496

Invalid License File

Then we get this message: "Your license has expired. Moving to free edition"

Is there a way we can use a 30 day trial of ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise so that we may test the upgrade from build 11308 to 13010?
