We are licensed for ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise but when we first turn on the test version, we recieve the following message
Starting Server from location: C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk
ERROR CODE : 496
Invalid License File
Then we get this message: "Your license has expired. Moving to free edition"
Is there a way we can use a 30 day trial of ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise so that we may test the upgrade from build 11308 to 13010?
