We have several systematic tasks in our IT support service, these tasks are to be executed manually but we would like the tasks to be created automatically and reminder notifications sent before the execution date

Example:

- Server restart every 3 months

- Password change every 6 months

We would like to know where we can configure these tasks please?

Is it possible for it to be created automatically,
