Please find me a solution.
Whenever the User send the email to itsupport@dot.com once the ticket created, after few minutes the email is getting automatically deleted from the mail box.
The Service Desk Team has mention the following term on the mail configuration page.
“Create a separate mail account and alias it to this mail id”
How to make an alias email to the existing account thru the separate account?
