Create a new field from department or location.
We are creating new ticket templates and we need to be able to pick location ad department. For example if an employee is to move to a new location we need the current location and the location he is moving to. It seems silly to have to create a pick list when the sites are already created and now we have 2 lists to manage. The same goes for department.
Any way to do this?
