In this week's post, we decided to take up a report requested by one of our customers - the keyword cloud report. Essentially, this is a report that can show you frequently occurring keywords in your helpdesk and help you identify repeat issues. A keyword cloud can help you spot often used keywords like "desktop", "network", "password", "keyboard", and "wifi".
