Create a JMX Monitor

Hello @ll!

I'm trying Applications Manager to make a monitor for an application using JMX.
I use a Tomcat server that I have configured with this VM arguments :

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=9020
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false

When I launch Applications Manager and try to create a nex monitor with type JMX ([MX4J]/[JDK1.5]), with this parameters :
Port : 9020,

it is said that that the service is not running...
I don't know why...
My method isn't correct?
