CPU Utilization of VM

CPU Utilization of VM

I am using Opmgr build 8052, Windows 2003 Sp2.  I have added the ESX host (3.5) and try to test the monitor "CPU Utilization by VM" and it always returns "Error".    There is no data for "Memory used by VM" either.  I am using SNMP and CLI SSH to connect.
