CPU Utilization / Memory polling on Redhat Enteprise Servers

Hello:

For some reason OpManager is giving wrong values for CPU and memory utilization for all our Redhat Enterprise ES server, following are server details

Kernel Version: 2.4.21-27.0.2.ELsmp #1 SMP
Redhat Versiion: Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 4),
OpManager Build: 5510

We have verfied SNMP agent configuration as per manual and restarted services, also performed rediscovery and delete / addition of devices, but it reports same old values, but we know value is different when we verify real time with 'top'command on the server.

We then decided to use CLI on these servers, and for CPU utilization I get
: "-1" following snapshot shows the output from performing monitor test:

Please let us know fix for this, we have tried deleting, restarting OpManger service and adding device again.
