CPU Utilization is always at 100%

CPU Utilization is always at 100%

Hi All,

I have configured a linux server monitor with SSH, it always shows CPU Utilization at 100% and Phisical Memory Utilization at 99%. The result of command top and vmstat is very different because the server isn't working in this moment.

I attached the vmstat of server.

- O.S: Linux Red Hat 4.5 (64 bits)
