CPU Utilization and Disk Utilization doesn't work properly

CPU Utilization and Disk Utilization doesn't work properly

Hi.

I've some issues.

I'm using the exact same OS and configuration, the exact same snmp conf and exact same monitors on all the servers and still some servers are unable to retrive the right data. What could be wrong?
