How much is too much? I'm running the AppManager 7.0.1 on a Compaq DL380 with with 2x1266MHz and 10GB memory. The O/S is Fedora4. The NIC is running at 100 full duplex, and my network guys were monitoring it and see less than 1% collusion rate - which they tell me is darn good. My problem is that the java process owned by the user running AppManager is using up on the average 95% of the CPUs. On the support tab the JVM Memory Information is:
Total JVM Heap Size 99MB Used JVM Heap Size 36MB Free JVM Heap Size 53MB
For Monitors we have the following:
Tomcat 8 WebSphere 171 Apache 3 IIS 8 HTTP-URL 98 HTTP_Seq 7 DB2 8 MS Sql 7 MySql 1 SNMP 10 AIX 6 Windows 61 Script 4
Performance seems to have slowed down a tad and we're getting ready to add a bunch more monitors.
