CPU or memory Utilization not showing up

Hi,
Problem: Monitors for CPU or Memory Utilization are not showing for all Switches.
problem is that on same switch snapshot I have already configured to monitor CPU and Memory utilization, however snapshot is only showing CPU or in other switches it only shows memory.
After I run a test monitors for memory utilization and looking back the dashport of that switch I can see the data as per attached file.
However, after testing few other switches and moving back to the first switch configured I can not see the memory utilization??????
