CPU & MEMORY STATS ARE BACKWARDS?

CPU & MEMORY STATS ARE BACKWARDS?

My CPU & MEMORY stats, are completely backwards.... It shows my system at nearly 100% utilization of both memory and CPU nearly all the time as for some reason it is reporting the numbers backwards... Any suggestions?
