CPU, Disk Space, Memory not polling

CPU, Disk Space, Memory not polling

I'm not sure if the SNMP is not configured correctly or what, but these items are not being polled / data collected correctly.

Also exchange monitor seems to appear as always sbeeing down but I know this is functional- any assistance would be great.
