Couldn't resolve these MibNodes.

Im getting the following error, when trying to open the HP lj4250_mib Couldn't resolve these MibNodes : { channelindex, channel-index }, i have attached the mib file. Could you have a look for me please?
Also I am currently monitoring RAID, PSU, Fans etc for our DELL poweredge 2850, 2950's. The current output is 3, however i wondered if it is possible to turn this into a status light, or textual output to say OK.
Also, is there a way to somehow modify the dashboard to display fan speeds (like CPU Utilization) instead of "Today's Packet Loss"?
