Cost of increasing number of technician licenses
Not sure if this is covered somewhere, but if we initial purchase a 2 user license, but then a month or so later this needs increasing to 5. Would we have to pay for another full 5 user license giving us a total of 7 or can we pay the difference between the cost of a 2 and 5 user license to have a total of 5 users? If it is the later, what date would this new license end?
