Copy/Paste images from Confluence do not arrive via email

Copy/Paste images from Confluence do not arrive via email

While it appears that when I copy/paste content from our Confluence system, and images appear within SupportCentre, the images do no arrive via email.  I just get placeholders.

Any thoughts?
