Convert values integer OID.

I'm using the OP to monitor temperature and humidity of my data center through a monitor of Comet System: http://www.cometsystem.cz/english/humidity-transmitter-Ethernet.htm. I imported the MIB, I created the device, read the OID value through specific, but the value is an integer and must be converted to decimal value. Example: The read value is 213, which means 21.3.
How to make this conversion?
You can generate a graph of variation with the decimal values?
Does anyone have any experience with such devices?
