Convert Office 365 remote mailbox to share mailbox - automation

We have Exchange Hybrid deployment where mailboxes are provisioned by ADMP via remote user provisioning in the User Creation Template.

I also have a User Modification Template that I use to disable users. The part of the process is modify certain attributes without deleting the mailboxes but instead converting them to shared mailbox AND remove the office 365 licenses.

I however have a complaint about the User Modification Template as well as automation rule.

1 - The User Modification does not have an "Office 365" Tab that I can use to remove / change attributes.
2 - I have an automation task running every hours checking for user that are modified by the template and it goes and removes their office 365 licenses but that does not work either.

So even after I use the User Disable Template and automation tasks, I still have to go to Office 365 and remove the license and convert their mailbox to shared mailbox.

I am pretty sure that ManageEngine can add this feature to automation tasks relatively easily since this is a one line powershell command that can be leveraged as a part of user decommission (not deletion).

Can someone from ManageEngine comment on this?
