Convert Incident to Problem
I know it is possible to convert an Incident to a Service Request, but
how would I convert an Incident to a Problem? 
  
The initial user report has been resolved with a workaround. The
  Incident ticket has information including the troubleshooting that was
  done that I would like to include in the Problem ticket where we dig
  down to actually fix the back end.
