Conversation entries - What table
Hello,
I retrieve data from servicedesk database in ms sql server and I find it difficult to get particular entries in 'requester conversations'. What was written both by requester and technician to be precise.
As I found out I can find conversations in table conversationdescription (workorder>-conversation->conversationdescription). Text itseft is stored in an unfriendly format to analyse but it can be dane somehow. How about entries made by technician as first answer to request. I assume that such case is not regarded as a conversation that's why it cannot be found in conversationdescription table.
Where can I find these entries then(text, date, technician_id?) : )
