Contract - Unable to view attachment

Contract - Unable to view attachment

I have attached a PDF document to a contract in SD5. When I try and view it Adobe gives me an error that the file does not exist.

The URL path is

http://<sd+>:8080/workorder/FileDownload.jsp?FILENAME=ted.pdf&module=Contract&ID=1
