We are trying to use the "contract" part of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
I have created many contracts, and for each contract, i give a contract ID ( compulsory area ) which is an internal contract number.
I also have created some contract expiry norification, whith some informations send to the contract's responsible.
When the responsible receive the notification in his mailbox, in the area "Contract ID", he does'nt see the contract number which is specified in the contract created, but another ID ( I presumed it's an automatic updated number ).
I think there is a problem about this.
And when we try to search the contract whith this Contract ID, in the "search" part in the left of your screen, there is no contract with this ID as result.
Also, is it normal to try a search with the contract ID that I have typed in a contract ( in my case, the internal contract number ), and have no result ?
