We’re starting to use the Contracts module in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud (SDPC) to improve centralized visibility of our agreements. One of its most valuable features is the built-in expiration notifications, which help us stay ahead of renewals.

However, unlike the Requests module, the Contracts module does not include Form Rules, so we can’t create a template that automatically populates the expiration notification field. Our goal is to standardize these notifications—using intervals such as 90, 60, 30, and 15 days—and ensure a designated email address is always included. This consistency is critical if we’re going to rely on these alerts for renewal planning.

While we could configure scheduled notifications based on contract term dates, we’d prefer to leverage the native expiration notification feature within the contract record.

Question: Is there a way to prepopulate this field for every new contract created? If not, can this be submitted as a feature request?
