Q: Is it possible to adjust the template used?
In my case each account can have duplicate items, Support Center currently will not allow overlapping subscription times so I am forced to put the start and end date as the same day (I put in the end day of the contract in both fields to work around this short coming).
For this reason I would like to remove the "from" day in the notification that is sent
