Is it possible to add a content variable which adds a request's latest reply ? (for use in auto-notification E-mails, adding a preview of the posted reply, instead of manually sending the reply as an E-mail like it is now)

 

Simple: We would like to be able to add a "latest reply variable" in the "E-Mail requester when a request is updated" Message Template.
