Hi all, we are evaluating Exchange Reporter Plus looking for an easy way to sift through the mailboxes looking for keywords in the subject line to help us identify who may have received a known malicious email or attachment.

When doing a content search report we are taken to an "Instant Search" screen where we can define the search parameters.  However, there seems to be a limit of only being able select 10 mailboxes at a time of the 1600-1700 that are available to select.  

Is this a trial limitation or a limitation of the product?

It would be extremely helpful to define a custom date range and to be able to select all mailboxes in the organization (less than 1700 for us).  A focused date range would help limit the amount of time/resources required to generate the report.

Selecting only 10 mailboxes at a time is very very cumbersome.  Doing keyword searches to hunt down phishing recipients or malicious attachments is the primary reason we are interested in this product.  But if we are limited to only 10 mailboxes at a time for content searches then we will look for another product even though we do like a lot of the reports that come with the product.
