Content matching with the File system monitor
File System Monitor monitors the changes in the selected files and directories like the size of the file or the % change in file size or the modification date.
The monitor can also be used to detect a string within the contents of a file on a Unix machine that needs to be monitored.
I have set up the content matching on our server of all fatal errors in a file, but I cannot find a way to exploit the results that do not seem to be available anywhere.
Can you please tell me if the health of the monitor becomes critical on content matching and if I can attach an action ?
