How do I contact Customer Care  ( not support ). 

We have constant problems with out OPM system, whilst they do tend to get fixed it can take ages ( I have had a call fixed yesterday after 2 1/2 months ) but that has now broken a Kludge to fix SMS delivery.

It seems like the software is not being well tested before release and we are doing the testing live!
