Contact Number and Department fields are not populating...
When filling in a New Request...
Under Requester Details, using the name lookup function withing the Name* field(i.e. type a few letters of the name it provides you a selection of names to chose). When you choose a name and there is no associated workstation(i.e. No Asset Available) it will not populate the Contact Number and Department fields. It does work fine when there is an Asset associated to the user. We only associate workstations to departments and not to users.
