When taking a new request via e-mail. Some emails come from generic email accounts or unique names not related to the sender. For example supportcentreplus@advent.com will show the contact name as the e-mail account.

I want to be able to edit the name seperatly from the e-mail details?

How is this done? If I edit the contact name the e-mail details dissapear, highly frustrating. You cannot edit the one without removing the other.
