Contact ability to self-close requests through portal

Hi,
  I'm not sure if this feature has been added since 7007 but I can't see it on the release notes or the product roadmap.  It would be really helpful if contacts were able to close any requests they had access to see.  This would take a lot of the manual administration tasks away from support reps and empower the users with greater functionality.
