Consumables in ManageEngine ServiceDesk 8.0.0 Build 8020

I have Version
: 8.0.0 Build 8020, actually i don't know how to use the Consumables at all.
could you please to tell me how to use it?, i tried to make new PO and i put it as received items, still no result.
