Constantly getting signed out
We're using SDP 9330. We have enabled Active Directory authentication, but not have not enabled Pass-through authentication. Our issue is all of our techs are always having to log in again after a period of inactivity or after restarting their computer even though they are checking "Keep me signed in" when signing in. This is something that has been happening for several months now. We are using a mixture of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on Windows 7/10. Do you have any ideas of why this is happening? Thanks!
