constant timeouts

hello,

we have a copy of opmanager premium with 1 user license and unlimited devices.

both opmanager 6 and the newly upgraded opmanager 7 seem to regularly return us to the login page sometimes for no reason. this becomes tedious when working with multiple devices + windows. is there any way to keep the session alive?
