Constant Lock Outs on Chrome Browser

Myself and many of our technicians have a recurring issue with Chrome browser upon logging on. We get an error - Username or Password is incorrect.  The thing is, it is not bad. I can be in ServiceDesk Plus and close all my Chrome windows. Come back in after testing something, go to SDP and get the error. Sometimes it is easy to get back in and some times I have to spend 20-30 minutes getting back in. Would you please tell me what is wrong with Chrome so we can fix this?

Only Chrome does this. We have to clear all passwords/Clear cache/restart Chrome to get back in. Some folks I have to reset their password in the system and do it all over again. It is quite time consuming. 

One user is still not able to get in with Chrome. Edge works fine.
