Good evening! First off, I am an extremely new user to ServiceDesk Plus; not with regard to help desk software and conceptual design. This software has been deployed in a medium sized company to centralize our problem tracking more efficiently; it has been working wonderfully for several weeks until this point. Users report being unable to access the application via Web. I have spent several hours researching the documentation and browsing the forums, though not more than a couple steps ahead of where I was when I began. For this I ask anyone willing for assistance.
Application Symptoms - Logon failure from client workstation via HTTP - Logon failure from hosting server via HTTP
Steps Taken Thus Far - Shutdown application process - Restarted SDP server (Retested connection; symptoms remain unchanged)
