Connection Error (401)

Hello guys,
i have an issue with only 1 client of ManageEngine Desktop Central (i have 140 client and no issue with those).
The client is offline and in Troubleshoots tool i have this error: ipaddressServer:port   Failed    remote Server error (401) Not Authorized.

Anyone had this problem?
How did you solve?
