I want to connect OpManager to SDP. When I confige and test the connection I get an error message:

Unable to fetch values from ServiceDeskPlus, the server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high.

We use Opmanager version 8051 with MySQL and SDP7604 with MSSQL.
