Connect Desktop Central agent to Desktop Central server over http/https
Does anyone know if it is possible to set up the Desktop Central agents to send updates to the server over the web via http/https? I want to integrate Desktop Central with Servicedesk but most of my laptops are in the field with little or no connectivity to VPN or the internal network. They are usually at a client location behind relatively strict firewalls with only connetivity to the web. I need to be able to have the agents connect where ever they are whether it be at home, Internet Cafe or at a bank where they are doing audits.
