I just wanted to tell everyone at AdventNet how HAPPY I am with the 5031 release. The reporting improvements were the most important feature for me, and they're AWESOME! You guys make a great product at a very reasonable price. As far as I'm concerned, you don't have any competition in the helpdesk software industry.
