I'm trying to configure OpManager to access ServiceDesk Plus, both for logging tickets and asset information.
First I setup an account called OpManager on the domain and allocate it a password. I then do an AD import in SDP to get this account and elevate it to technician status assigning it the SDAsset role along with SDGuest.
Now in OpManager I enter the server name and the port 443, import the SSL certificate, enter the username domain\opmanager and paste the password into the password field. I also enter the necessary e-mail addresses.
However, upon clicking Test Connection and Save the process is either near instant or sits in a waiting state for 30-60 seconds. Once completed it doesn't give me any messages regarding how the test went, so I open a server and choose to view Attached Assets, only to be told it couldn't connect to SDP.
The problem is I don't know which bit of the chain has failed. Which logs should I be looking at to investigate this issue?
